Air China Hongqiao Airport Hotel - Air China BoYue Hotel

Location. It is very close to traffic hub. Easy access to Highspeed railway, airport metro and buses

The room is very small and there is no elevator

Location, clearness.

The room is small

location

internet is absolutely unworkable with.

It is located within the airport terminal which is so convenient for me to take an early flight.

Excellent location and comfortable environment.

No window (it is known already when I booked and the hotel still put up a curtain for decoration)

Bed very comfortable

No shuttle to/from airport Terminal 1 had to walk and catch the train

Not everybody spoke English Not easy way to travel back and forth Terminal 1 after 12pm, despite the hotel was in terminal 2

It’s great

There are some confusion about the size of the room, booked our first stay, the room was quite large, but it’s not the same size of the second stay, although they were both in the same category.

Excellent location. I have quick access to flights, trains, subways, buses, food, and shopping mall.

Great location, perfect for layover or catching a train.

Somewhat difficult to find/locate, simple instructions like hotel is located on the third floor of the airport is enough to make everyone’s life easier

I had a morning flight, but did not have to get up too early, since I was already in the airport. Perfect for just staying the night before a flight.

We chose this hotel specifically to have good view to Hongqiao airport apron and runways. Special thanks to the staff for allocating the room with great view for us. The room itself had everything we needed for comfortable stay and was spacious enough.

A convenient hotel if you have an early flight the next day. The bed was comfy. It's a clean hotel located in terminal 2, surrounded by lots of restaurants and fast food restaurants including McDonald's, the hotel provides meals (including breakfast) for a fee too.

Too basic for the price, quite expensive especially for walk in customers. No gym, no laundry room etc.

Big, clean room, quiet. 24 hour LAWSON convenience store inside airport terminal, less than 10 min walk, relevant for me as I arrived at 1AM and was hungry. Hotel lobby leads into the airport terminal.

Clean and modern … next to the airport

No water bidet in washroom

the best breakfast I have had on this business trip. Unfortunately, it was not possible to book it in advance on Booking.com. I would suggest to add or include this option.

no-window rooms... but for one night is okay

It's a mid-level airport hotel, quite ok. Big and clean rooms and everything worked, not too noisy either. It's literally inside the terminal building, so very easy to come and go if you fly. The highspeed rail is also short walk away.

There either was no breakfast or it was complicated. Room was too hot.

I want to say how wonderful the staff was, especially Suri (not 100%sure if I remember her name). I had a late check in and even though it was in the middle of the night, she and other staff helped me change rooms. This hotel is perfect for travelers with layovers at the airport.

Convenience, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff...etc. Will come back for my next Shanghai visit.

Inside airport 5 minutes you will be at gate

Noise at midnight from construction
